A must have ingredient for the fab recipes in Momofuku Milk Bar (but a terrible snack to eat on its own)

When I bought this corn for the first time, I was living in a smaller coastal town in NC. They did not sell Just Corn products, to say the least of things they did not have in the store. I bought this corn so that I could make a few specific recipes from Momofuku Milk Bar . And it served its purpose, it worked perfectly. It never went bad. I did not grind all the corn at once, as some people suggest. I kept it in its whole state and it lasted until I used it all. Which, I was not using it very often to be honest. But some of the recipes in the Milk Bar cookbook call for this ingredient.

I then moved to a bigger city where I found that there were many just corn products. And what I discovered is that some people are using this as a snack. I found some Just Tomatoes Just Veggies (8-Ounces ), Large Pouch (Pack of 2) in my aunt's pantry. Which seems weird to me now because she does not keep any rodents as pets. I am pretty sure this is food for hampsters that they are trying to pass off as human food. It tastes absolutely terrible.

The bottom line is, buy this for your Momo Milk bar cooking. Do not buy this for a snack. And if you have any friends that say "here I brought some Just Veggies for a study snack" ... You should absolutely not eat it. And you should never, ever, ever speak to that friend again. They are not a friend. So this product gets 5 stars because it lasts a long time and works great in the recipes from Momofuku Milk Bar . You will use it sparingly so it is extremely important that it does not become stale. But as a snack I would give this product... negative 5 stars.

My son LOVES these!!! we love ALL Just Tomatoes Organic products though. We actually call this 'sweet corn' in our house because of the deliciously sweetness of it. It's not over powering or strong, but just how a fresh corn on the cobb would taste. We pour it in a bowl and give my son a spoon....instant healthy snack. Great for taking them places too.... in a sturdy container..we do metal only it they stay uncrushed.
