Variety packs typically give consumers the freedom to try different product lines of specific brands; in this case, the Kettle Brand Chip Variety Pack contained an evenly-distributed sampling of vending-sized potato chip bags of Sea Salt, NY Cheddar Cheese, Barbeque, and Jalapeno.

Based upon the reviews of others, I thought I would really like Jalapeno, as it is different from the other varieties.

I would gauge the preference of specific flavors by the quantity left at the end of a month, as an example. So, as a trial, I purchased a variety pack for myself and significant other, and one of my parents and sibling.

At the end of a month, we found that Jalapeno-flavored chips were left among both boxes, with NY Cheddar being the tastiest (and quickest to run out!), followed by Sea Salt, and Barbecue.

We now have plenty of Jalapeno chips left..they're not bad, just not as preferable as the other flavors, for our preferences.

Otherwise - this is a great value for little league teams, small events, or for any instance where you need a small variety of differently-flavored chips.

Good kettle chips. I didn't think I'd like the jalepeno, but it was not too hot- had some kick at the back of it, but not crazy-hot. The cheddar really didn't have much cheese flavor to me, but the chip was OK. The BBQ and Sea Salt were my favorites, and I will order those flavors again. I'm glad I tried the variety of this brand. They're very crunchy- and the bag is big enough and has enough air to not pulverize the chips. Yeah, there are some broken ones, but not for lack of trying to protect them.
