The first taste I tried of these where the Spirulina. I wasnt anticipating them to taste all that fantastic, but I was completely surprised and wound up buying a whole box of them. They aren’t too pleasant and all the substances are whole. I’ll get one of these and perhaps some fruit or yogurt and call it a breakfast, on days I hurry. They do have almost an oily sort of structure that is really soft, yet that would probably be as a result of the nuts. I have since tried the rasberry and coconut flavor, however Spirulina is still my fave.

Reading through the worst evaluations, the only point I could agree with is that they are oily. But there is absolutely nothing naturally wrong with oil. I believe its feasible that their formula has altered throughout the years. I believe these taste wonderful. Lara Bars are method too dry, and Cliff bars the exact same – and a lot of are also wonderful. These are easy, gently sweet, with a light taste. They really are a tiny meal – this isn’t really a treat for anyone who weights under 150. I typically will eat only half and consume half the next day. These ARE TERRIFIC for taking a trip given that they are so loading and easy. Perfect plane meals. Our household likes these. Our 4 yr aged even requests for them. I would advise these readily.
