I was surprised at just how good these taste however they just listing 2 % calcium and 4 % iron whereas the Kind bar I like has FIFTY % of A, C, E and many other trace minerals. I suspect this is because of the reduced fruit content in the pure bar. I ended up offering them 5 stars because the taste and structure are so excellent that I’ll keeping acquiring these to blend in with my kind bars.
